Shipping: We are only shipping to U.S. addresses at this time. If you would like us to ship to another country, please inquire prior to placing an order. All shipping charges are calculated for U.S. addresses only. We ship using USPS Ground Advantage, which takes 3 to 5 days from the time we ship, depending on the delivery address. We normally ship within 48 hours of receiving your order. If we are out of stock on a particular soap, we will email you to ask if you would like to make another choice.
Refunds and Returns: Due to the nature of personal body products, we do not accept returns once the item has been used. Once these products have been used it becomes a hygiene issue and we are sure you understand why we cannot accept returns.
Allergies: It is the responsibility of the user to know if they are allergic to the ingredients listed. Everyone's skin is different and you must test soaps as you would anything else. If you are known to have sensitive skin, please test the soap on a small part of your arm for a few days prior to using it all over.
